although I love being a statistics student it is in the kitchen that I am the most happy, being able to discover new recipes and dishes; trying new spices and ingredients for the first time, and watching my husband's reaction to what is presented to him at dinner, lunch or breakfast. that's crazy! did you know you can replace butter with mashed sweet potatoes??? you can also use less sugar when you do that.
